Pre-contract information form

Updated 30 October 2026. This form provides information before payment for Golub Voice subscriptions and separately selected extra usage. Your individual Order Summary shown at checkout forms part of this information.

The contract language is Turkish. English is an explanatory translation; Turkish governs a difference in meaning. Mandatory rights remain.

1. Provider and purchaser

The service provider is Zorbey Torunoğlu. Golub Voice is the service name and Golub Superintelligence the business name; neither is a separate legal entity. The provider’s tax and contact details appear below. The purchaser is identified by the name or business name, address, telephone and email in the Order Summary. Consumer protections apply to purchases outside a trade or profession.

2. Service and plans

Golub Voice provides configurable AI telephone agents that follow customer instructions. Plus: 499 TRY per month including VAT, 1 agent and up to 3 simultaneous calls; inbound forwarding, with no outgoing calls. Pro: 1,499 TRY per month including VAT, 3 agents and up to 10 simultaneous calls, of which up to 8 may be outgoing. Max: 3,499 TRY per month including VAT, 10 agents and up to 20 simultaneous calls, of which up to 15 may be outgoing. Number and route eligibility also apply. Service is limited to eligible Turkish numbers and destinations.

3. Usage and scope

Monthly usage is shared by the subscription’s agents, resets each new billing period and does not roll over. Consumption varies with conversation content, AI processing, knowledge searches and connected actions. The selected allowance and its calculation are shown in the Order Summary. References to approximately 60, 200 or 500 minutes are typical inbound estimates for Plus, Pro and Max, respectively; they are not a purchased fixed allotment of minutes. Outgoing capacity is a simultaneous-call limit separate from usage.

4. Total price and other costs

The Order Summary shows the selected plan, any discount you explicitly select, the total due today including VAT, the following-period price, period dates and the first subsequent charge date. Golub Voice charges no separate shipping, setup fee, deposit or minimum-stay charge for this standard subscription. Your internet, carrier, forwarding, SIP and separately contracted third-party costs follow the respective provider’s tariff and are outside the plan price. Golub Voice does not charge for an additional service you have not separately accepted.

5. Payment and duration

The subscription has no fixed end date or minimum commitment and is paid monthly in advance. Purchased functions open when payment is verified. The first paid period starts when those functions actually become available; while renewal remains enabled, the next charge follows one calendar month later and then monthly. Payment uses a credit card supported at the iyzico payment step. Recurring payment requires your separate affirmative authorization. Until the subscription ends or that authority is withdrawn, the accepted amount is charged on the period dates in the Order Summary. Future price changes are notified in advance and require separate acceptance before the different amount is charged; silence is not acceptance and past periods do not change. Extra usage is a separate one-off purchase, with no automatic top-up.

6. Performance and technical requirements

Purchased agent-configuration and usage functions open when the server verifies payment. Performance starts when those functions actually become accessible; payment or account registration alone is not commencement. Telephone use also requires authority over the number, agent setup and publication, and compatible carrier forwarding or SIP. Payment does not establish that a telephone line is ready or activated by a carrier. A current browser, internet access and a compatible telephone line are required. No physical product or device is delivered.

7. Withdrawal and service start

A consumer ordinarily has 14 days after contract formation to withdraw without a reason or penalty. Together with the pre-contract information and agreement acknowledgment at checkout, you request service to start when payment is verified and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once performance begins. The exception in Article 15(1)(h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation applies when that approval and actual access to the purchased functions both occur. Payment or account registration alone is not performance. To give a valid withdrawal notice, contact hi@golubvoice.com or the postal address below before the deadline; using the form is optional. Subscription termination, defective-service, non-performance and refunds for unprovided prepaid service remain available.

8. Refunds, termination and complaints

Following valid withdrawal, the relevant payments are returned within 14 days after notice reaches us, using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument and without a refund fee. A consumer may end the indefinite subscription without penalty. We complete that request within 7 days after receipt, confirm the result and return prepaid amounts for unprovided service within 15 days after termination. Any shorter mandatory deadline takes priority. Choosing to stop future charges while keeping access to period end is a separate option. 9. Other information and remedies

You can review and correct account, billing and plan information before ordering. The contract language is Turkish; English is an explanatory translation. A durable copy of the accepted Order Summary and documents is sent to the account email; copies may also be requested from our contact address. Golub Voice imposes no special distance-communication fee beyond your internet or telephone provider’s ordinary tariff. Depending on current monetary jurisdiction, consumers may apply to a consumer arbitration committee or, where pre-action mediation is required, first to mediation and then to a consumer court. Mandatory jurisdiction and venue rights remain.
