A monthly allowance, not a stopwatch.
Your plan includes monthly usage shared by its agents. Simple calls may leave more room for talk time; complex calls and connected actions can use more of the same allowance.

Plus is inbound only and uses supported forwarding from an existing line. Initial Pro and Max outgoing calls are limited to eligible ordinary Turkish mobile and landline numbers.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Are the minute figures included minutes?
No. The 60, 200 and 500 minute figures are estimates for typical inbound calls, not a guaranteed allotment. Your plan includes a monthly usage allowance.
Does Pro allow only eight outgoing calls in total?
No. Up to eight outgoing calls can be active at once within Pro’s ten simultaneous-call slots. Max allows fifteen within twenty. Completed calls free slots; each call still uses monthly usage.
Why can two calls of the same length use different amounts?
A call that needs more reasoning, knowledge lookups or connected actions may use more monthly usage than a simple call of the same duration.
What happens when monthly usage runs out?
Available purchased extra usage can cover further activity. When no funded usage remains, active calls end and new calls are blocked until usage is available.
Can I buy extra usage?
Optional prepaid extra usage is planned for every plan. It is separate from the monthly price and is never charged automatically by default. Payment functionality is not active in this preview.
What is different about Enterprise?
Enterprise is a conversation about custom requirements, not a published package with preset price, minutes or features. Contact Sales to discuss it.
Does Business include team accounts?
No. Business shows the same published plans for business use. The current offer has one account owner; team invitations and roles are not included.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
An upgrade is charged for the remaining days; a downgrade takes effect at renewal. You can stop future renewals, and consumers also retain statutory immediate-termination, unused-prepayment and defective-service rights. See Delivery and refunds for details.
