Distance sales agreement and pre-contract information
These are the general distance-sales terms, updated 28 September 2026. A binding online order also needs its own pre-contract information and confirmation before payment, then a durable copy of the agreed terms. This page alone is not an order or proof of acceptance.

Parties
The service provider is the person in the seller block. The buyer is identified by the account and billing details recorded for the specific order. Mandatory consumer rights apply when the buyer acts outside a trade or profession; business purchasers have the applicable contractual and general-law rights.
Subject and price
Golub Voice provides configurable AI telephone agents under the selected plan. Plus supports eligible inbound forwarding; Pro and Max add eligible outgoing calls. The allowance is variable monthly usage, not guaranteed call minutes. The VAT-inclusive monthly prices are Plus 499 TRY, Pro 1,499 TRY and Max 3,499 TRY. Optional extra usage is a separate purchase with no automatic top-up. The specific order must identify the selected features, any setup dependency, payment method, all taxes and other charges, total amount and renewal date. An invoice follows verified payment.
Start of performance and withdrawal
A consumer ordinarily has a 14-day withdrawal right in a distance service contract. The exception for a service started during that period can apply only when the consumer has expressly approved that early start and performance has actually begun under the applicable rule. Merely displaying this page, taking payment or opening an account does not establish the exception. The checkout must collect and retain the separate early-start choice and identify what service begins; otherwise the statutory withdrawal route remains available. A request can be sent to hi@golubvoice.com on a durable medium. Withdrawal does not remove remedies for non-performance or defective service.
Renewal and cards
The ongoing monthly plan renews on the accepted renewal date until ended. Checkout must present recurring payment and obtain the buyer’s affirmative order; extra usage requires a separate affirmative purchase and is not a subscription. Returning to the site does not prove that a payment succeeded; the server verifies the provider result. We must provide the order terms and acceptance record on a durable medium.
Cancellation and refunds
The delivery and refunds page explains renewal cancellation, immediate termination, unused allowance, extra-usage credit and refunds. It is part of these terms. Its standard commercial policy does not displace mandatory consumer withdrawal, termination or defective-service rights.
Complaints and law
Questions, withdrawal and complaints go to hi@golubvoice.com or the seller address below. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory protections. Depending on the claim and current monetary threshold, a consumer may apply to a consumer arbitration committee or, where required, first to mediation and then to a consumer court. No venue clause here removes a consumer’s mandatory forum.
