Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Golub Voice is an online service. Nothing is shipped. These terms apply to monthly plans and to optional extra usage.

When the service starts
After the server verifies payment, the paid account or extra-usage credit is activated. Telephone service can require number verification, forwarding or SIP setup; payment alone does not mean a line is ready to answer or place calls. The order must say what is available immediately and what setup remains.
Monthly plans
Plus is 499 TRY, Pro is 1,499 TRY and Max is 3,499 TRY per month. These prices include VAT. Each plan includes a variable monthly usage allowance. It is not a guaranteed number of minutes. The allowance resets at renewal and does not carry over. The plan renews each month on a credit card until it is cancelled. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the price difference is charged in proportion to the remaining days of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. If a renewal payment fails, new calls are not available until a successful payment.
Cancellation
A customer can stop future renewals by using the account control, when available, or writing to hi@golubvoice.com. This keeps access through the paid period unless the customer asks for earlier termination. A consumer may terminate a subscription under applicable law without a more difficult method than sign-up; we will refund the prepaid part corresponding to service not provided after termination within the statutory period. For a business purchase, stopping renewal normally leaves the current paid period in place. Mere non-use of an available service does not itself create a refund, but statutory withdrawal, defective-service and other mandatory rights remain.
Extra usage
Extra usage is optional: 100, 250 or 500 TRY, or a custom amount of at least 100 TRY. It is never topped up automatically. Verified payment adds the credit; it stays on the account but cannot be used while no subscription is active, and can be used again after resubscription. An inactive subscription alone does not automatically refund the credit. On final account closure we review any unused prepaid amount and return what applicable law requires; the credit is never forfeited solely because a plan lapses. The extra-usage checkout must show these rules before payment.
Refund requests and legal remedies
Write to hi@golubvoice.com about an undelivered account or credit, a duplicate or incorrect charge, a defective service, a statutory withdrawal or termination, or another legal refund right. These examples do not limit mandatory consumer remedies. An approved refund is made to the original payment method without a fee within the applicable legal deadline. We will explain the decision and the amount.
