Terms of use
These terms govern Golub Voice accounts and service use from 28 September 2026. The specific accepted order, distance-sales terms and delivery/refund terms also apply. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.

The service
Golub Voice lets a customer configure AI telephone agents, connect eligible numbers and enable selected tools. Supported routes, capacity and plan usage are shown in the chosen plan. Agent answers and action results can be incomplete or wrong; the customer should review material outcomes. The service is not an emergency line or a substitute for a qualified professional in a regulated matter.
The account
The customer must provide accurate account and billing details, control who can access the account, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. The customer is responsible for instructions and access it authorizes; Golub Voice remains responsible for its own service, security and legal duties.
Plans and payment
The accepted order shows the plan, VAT-inclusive price, renewal and any separately selected extra usage. The delivery and refunds page explains payment, termination and refunds. We do not automatically buy extra usage. Mandatory withdrawal, termination and defective-service rights are not waived.
Calls and acceptable use
The customer must have authority to use each number, a lawful basis and required notice for calls and transcripts, and any required separate permission for recording or commercial calls. It must not use the service for unwanted campaigns, impersonation, fraud, unlawful monitoring, prohibited content or interference with telephone networks or other users. A customer choice to record does not by itself establish a caller’s permission. We may restrict a specific call route or account for a concrete security or legal risk, explain the reason when lawful, and review a challenge; statutory payment and refund rights remain.
Customer content and connected tools
The customer must have rights to upload knowledge, provide agent instructions and connect third-party accounts. We process that material to provide the selected service, subject to the privacy notice and any separately agreed customer data-processing terms. A connected tool receives only actions the customer has enabled, but those actions may affect external email, calendar or other records. The customer should review permissions and revoke access when no longer needed.
Changes
We will give advance notice of a material service or term change by an available account channel. A price change applies no earlier than the next renewal after notice. A customer may reject the change and end renewal; a consumer retains any stronger statutory termination or refund right. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.
Liability
We must provide the service with reasonable care. These terms do not exclude liability or a remedy that applicable law makes mandatory, including consumer remedies for non-performance or defective service and liability for intent or gross negligence. Any separate business liability allocation requires an individually reviewed agreement.
After termination
Stopping renewal does not itself erase existing history or knowledge. Access, export and deletion follow the applicable retention periods and the privacy notice. A customer can contact hi@golubvoice.com about its data and any unused prepaid amount.
